I am a 27 year old stay at home mom ( I run a home daycare). I have a 4, 3, and 2 year old (all boys). I am "again" trying to lose weight and keep it off. My husband is a great supporter but I am in need of someone or group to help me through this. I am looking for suggestions, ideas, and knowhow to get me healthy. I dont want my kids growing up with the "overweight/fat mom". I want the to be proud of me and ME proud of myself.
