I enjoy good food. Strangely I don't feel like I overeat but I apparently do or I would not be overweight. For the past 2 months I have been going to the Gym. I do about an hour & a half at least 5 days a week. I'm hoping that by by keeping a daily track of what I eat I'll lose.
