Lost 2 pounds! Yay me! I am happy with that because I have not been killing myself, but I also have been making better choices at each chance I have.
I literally feel like there is this fat girl and this skinny girl in me and the skinny girl is holding the fat girl back from just going for the bad food! Like tonight, hubby said Taco Bell. Well my usual was 1 Mexican Pizza and 2 Tacos, and boy did that sound great because I felt starved! But I said "NO" to myself, and chose 2 Chicken Fresco Soft Tacos. MUCH better choice! They filled me up and they were a sensible choice and I was so proud of myself for making the right choice. So another day under my belt, closer to not being so fat. And I am going to work harder as I go. But I do know this time around that if I want to stick with it, I need to eat, just not the way I always did. I am a female! I want to look like a nice female! So I can like myself. I don't want to look like a trucker! So I gotta stop eating like one. No offense to truckers. ;) You know what I'm sayin'.

I weighed myself this morning not expecting to be any less than 188 lbs. Surprisingly I am 185. Which is nice to get started. I had doing well on my mind all day and even made a healthy smoothie, it just seems that the foods we eat in this house for dinner are just not diet friendly. I am trying to make changed. I thought to myself today... not enough hours in the day to get what I want done, yet too many hours in the day to get hungry and eat. Yikes! How do I change my thinking, habits, and life?! I just gotta try!

Ima DO THIS this time boyeee!!! I am on a challenge! I am gonna deny the food and welcome the change because I KNOW that I can, and I know it's the only thing that will really make me happy. I cannot expect perfection, and I have to remind myself that. And with that, I am gonna start trying to like myself for once and show myself that I do. GO RED TEAM!!!
