I've been among the missing on FS didn't realize it's been 100 days n things have definitely gotten out of hand. It's about time that I pull myself together. My sugar hit 128 n I've never been that high, even though that's not high enough to be concerned it is for me. I still have to weigh in...😒 I'll get there 💁

Sugar 101...the weight is moving gradually n I'm not going cold turkey but I'm watching my calories. My main issue is the sodium content...the "hidden" stuff. I read labels n don't add salt...I've got to find a happy medium. We'll get there 💁

Sugar 108 Its a matter of cutting back on the junk n for some of us that is a tough battle...for me it's the salty not the sweet. Hidden sodium is also a BIG problem!!! It's a start in the right direction...baby steps 👣

This is why I've got to take care of my health. My weight is back up where it used to be years ago...my sugars are changing: Mon 105, Wed 102, Fri 110...my BP has been higher than normal. God will see me thru this valley as He does all others n I will survive 💁

BP 136/64 Sugar 100 Its been a long time since I logged in...seems like forever 😧 I can tell that I haven't tracked my 🍗🍕🍛🍤🍜🍟🍪🍦🍫nough said bout that 😟 Actually I thought it would be worse. Definitely have to stay consistent with recording n have to get back to the dietitian...she made me accountable for my actions. I missed the encouragement from 1 n all...one day at a time 💁
