BP 130/76 👍 Sugar 93 👍 Weight is great considering I haven't checked it in a long time...been away most of October and November. Time to serious again...
My cardiologist informed me that more people land in the hospital on Thanksgiving n Christmas bcuz of the sodium intake. Basically we all have watch what n how much we eat 😐 Everyone have a blessed n safe Thanksgiving...Gobble Gobble 💁

Haven't got on the scale in over a month...not intentionally. I've been on the road more than I've been 🏡 At least my weight didn't fluctuate too bad, BP is another story...138/64...it's running a little high but we'll get it together n make it right.
Getting ready to go on the road again n I'm praying that I make more good food choices n don't splurge too bad on those things I shouldn't eat 😳 Looking forward to seeing family I haven't seen in 15 years 💑 we're also celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary. Blessings to all 🙏

Finally heading back down that slippery slope. Once u eat something u really shouldn't & taste those carbs...UGH 😞 there's no easy in/out. But I also know that once I get it out of my system I usually don't crave it for a long time...it may happen again & I'll fight it when it rears its ugly head. My BP has been high bcuz of the sodium I've been consuming when I eat those "bad things" New day, new beginning...hope everyone has a great day 💁

It's been a crazy couple of weeks...
family visiting & away on vacation. Tried to keep a handle on what I ate but sometimes it got away from me. What's even harder is that when you come back n try to get in your groove again...can I hear an AMEN!!!
Starting again, Monday wasn't bad but sodium was high. I'll get it together n do it bcuz I want to b healthier. My youngest grandsons (twins) just turned 4 yesterday n I want to see them grow up. Keep positive, you can do it 💁
