So I'm recording a 1/2 lb loss, actually it was more like 1.5 lbs 'cause I didn't record the gain. So I guess all in all, not bad. Now for the hard part - the WEEKEND! I picked up some 60 calorie fudge bars at Wal-Mart, intending to have those instead of dessert tonight. Not sure where we're going out to eat yet, need to investigate that before lunch. Planning, planning, and more planning!

Day 16 of the 75Soft Challenge, and I'm down another lb! Now I weigh what I'm claiming I weigh, LOL! Did some cardio this morning, but now my knee hurts. Time for some ice & ibuprofen, hopefully I'll feel better later this evening😓

Finished week 2 of the 75Soft Challenge not as strong as I'd like, thanks to the dreaded weekend weight gain. I managed to gain back 1/2 of the 1 lb I lost🙄 OTOH, I also trimmed about 1/4 inch off of my waist, hips & thighs, plus the body fat is down below 39%. Considering I started at over 40% I'll call that a win!😀

So far this week I've only lost 1 lb - little disappointing, but it's still a loss. Now for the tough part - the weekend! I'm leaning toward chicken fajitas tonight, Fajita Friday & all that. I think I can keep the calories down with those, but it will require some investigation.
Had another session with the Personal Trainer today, we were talking about deadlifts. See, I have this 23 lb, bowling ball sized Beagle that I pick up from time to time, one of those ADL type things. So we were doing a sumo squat to replicate it & it seems my right knee collapses inward. Not the left, just the right. He's thinking there could be a tightness &/or weakness in the right hip flexor that will need to be strengthened, & that maybe THAT is contributing to my lower back pain. So something to think about. Meanwhile I think Daisy needs to go on a diet, LOL! She's a cutie, though!❤

Week 1 of the 75 Soft Challenge is done, and I'm down about 3 lbs. Hoping to lose another 2 lbs this week, so my weight will actually be what I've recorded, LOL! Happy to say that I've stuck with my meal plan for the most part, even managed to keep calories in check when eating out (for the most part😉). Note to self: don't blow your entire 300 calorie treat budget in one place! Anyway, I've also taken about 1/4 inch of the waist & thighs, well I guess that's good but I'm thinking I need to do more ab work this week???
