Today is "weigh in day" and I did step on the scale but there's no change since last week. However, tomorrow is measure day, so I hope to see a change there. Not sure exactly how today is going to go. I will be at a homeschool convention from 8-5 and they don't allow outside food (gotta buy what the building is selling) so I sure hope they have some healthy choices!!! I will do my best to get enough water in...no water bottles allowed but you can use the water pitchers/cups that are available. I will be sitting for at least an hour at a time during lectures but I hope to get at least 10K steps today, even if it means I have to go for a jog this evening (which I think I may do anyway because today is a workout day).

I just love that my Fitbit shows a more accurate calorie count than FS. I have the Charge HR, so it goes by my heart rate for more accurate tracking. FS has me burning 300 something for 1hr and 8 mins of powerwalking, whereas my fitbit has me burning 529. :-) Since I got my Fitbit, I've realized that I've been burning far more calories than I initially thought! Something to feel good about :-)

It is a good thing I never weigh in on Mondays lol. The weekends are just so crazy sometimes. Saturday, I was at a baseball ceremony from 10-1. I was on my feet the whole time. I walked around a little bit while there and then we had a picnic (the association made smoked pork). I only ate the pork, not the baked beans or coleslaw. Then I went for a nice 2 mile walk afterwards (about 3mph). And did well for dinner as far as calories. Yesterday was a very diff. story. We were in the car for a total of 4 hrs. I did well with food until dinner lol. More pork (no bread), caprese salad, and I had potato chips and cake!! EIK! Not only did I NOT work out yesterday OR take 10,000 steps, or drink nearly enough water, but I didn't eat so great either. But thankful today is not a weigh in day. Hopefully between today and tomorrow I can have a good result by Wed. or Thurs morning when I do weigh in. Loading up on my water and planning a nice 1 hr brisk walk this afternoon as well as grocery shopping (which apparently can burn well over 100 calories :-) )

Weight: 146.4 (5.8lbs lost including a 5 week rut)
Waist 27.5" (2.5 gone)
Hips 37" (2 gone)
thighs 23.5" (1.5 gone)
Butt 41" (2 gone)
Arms 12.5" (.5 gone....not sure what's going on with these flabby arms but looks like i need to do more weights lol)
But all in all...a grand total of 8.5" and 5.8lbs gone off my body!
