Yesterday was a take it easy day.....I did make a few laps around my house in the afternoon since it was super hot outside and because I do childcare, so I couldn't really leave the house lol. I did 2200 steps in about 25 mins. Then after dinner, my son and I went for a nice walk for another 25 mins (1800 steps). Today is a hard workout day. I was going to weigh in this morning, but TOM came for a visit yesterday and I will wait a few days to weigh and record :-) My body is STILL sore from Monday's workout lol

Yesterday, I did 20 mins of Kickboxing for Dummies, followed by 40 mins of intense indoor walking that included lunges, squats, weights, crunches, and planks. Here's the video...I don't think I ever sweat so much in my life!!

EVERY part of my body is hurting this morning. I can barely move! Good pain, I guess lol

Think I need to up my calorie intake again. According to my fitbit, I've been burning anywhere from 2200-2500 calories a day, which means I should be EATING between 1750-2000 calories a day. Over the past 2 weeks, I had been zig zagging my calories based on freedieting.com. My calories ranged from 1390 up to 1750...there were 3 days of 1488, 1 day of 1390, 2 days of 1630, and one day of 1750. According to my Fibit, anything under 1750 is not enough (at least not consistently). And during the past 2 weeks, I have not lost any inches but I did lose 1lb :-/ I was really hoping to drop a little more than 1 lb in 2 weeks.....,especially since I've been working out 4-5x a week burning anywhere from 140-530 calories each time.
Oh well. This week is going to be different. I'm going to rely more on my fitbit because it's so much easier to track my calories burned than it is here on FS. Plus, unless you're taking into acct your heart rate, the numbers are just guesses.
So, for those of you out there who are only eating 1200-1300 calories and are workin your butts off and aren't seeing results...try UPPING your calorie intake. If you're not eating enough, you're not going to be able to burn the calories and fat you need to burn to lose.

Non scale Victory....I have noticed visible ribs and my back/hip fat is disappearing :-)
