Well, it's been a long time, hasn't it?
Speaking candidly, I completely gave up on my attempts to lose weight. My depression was the main reason and I hate to admit it, but there it is.
I'm on more meds than I was last month and I thik I am feeling a difference. I'm trying not to eat such large portions (hard when I am an emotional eater and there are a lot of emotional drains on me at the moment). But I'm trying.
I'm going to the doctor's thsi am to have my wrist checked out a second time (a couple weeks back I did a floor dive and threw my back out of alignment, sprained both wrists and twisted my foot in a way it was not meant to go.
I'm surviving okay, and I'm trying to take advantage of what I feel is an upswing in my mental state. I'll try to update later with whatever my current weight is etc. I don't know if I am going to do the food journal this time or not.

Ok, so good news from the doctor visit = I lost a couple of pounds since last month. Bad news(maybe) is that they took xrays today but no one wants to tell me if it's all ok, *I suppose it must be. I mean, I fell over a month ago, so if there were bones broken in my wrist, chances are they're healing or already healed up and the pain is...I dunno. Strain I guess.
Work is going well, although I keep having to deal with people who are very unpleasant (I don't see why they have to be that way, you know?) but I love my coworkers 2 of them are geriatric and the other 2 are barely 19 so it's a funny mix.
Today was my first day running the store on my own for my shift. I knew the boss was worried about this (the day actually went better than I expected) because he called to check up on me, and stuff.
Well, anyway. that's the state of things at the moment. I'm wishing it were the end of March already so my husband would be home --I miss him a lot. Oh well these are things we have to deal with when family is long distance.

First time in months that I have weighed in.
Not happy with my weight but I know that it's directly related to the depression I have been trying to deal with.
I'm going to try to weigh myself once a week and see what happens between the new drug doses and the discontinued meds.

finally got the nerve to get weighed. It's good but for some reason I expected to have lost more. Guess i'll have to go for longer walks.
