Yesterday we had a luncheon at work. The whole floor got together and danced, eat wings, cake, etc. And I stayed at my desk like a good girl.
They would walk by me with cake and sweet tee, asking if I had lunch already, I would just say yes even though I had only had one cup of coffee. The whole floor smell like food, good smells and my mouth started watering. I didn't crave the food but I guess it's the bodies reaction to smelling food and thinking "hey I smell food so it must be time to eat" or something like that. I drank water and eat an apple as a snack. When I got home I had lean ground beef and spinach. Later had same thing for dinner with strawberries. . .went to be feeling proud and realizing that I do like food but I like the idea of me thin and healthy way better. . .I can't believe I'm starting day 4 now, so long no cheats. My clinic gave me Phentermine 37.5 so I've been taking it just in case. I think the combination is great but I also don't know what it's like to do hcg without Phentermine. I think once I'm in week 3 I'll try not taking it to see if there is any difference.

WOOHOO another 3lbs. . .that's 6 lbs in 2 days. I know these are the first 2 days but I wish I would keep losing at this rate :-D
