Well, I don't like to cheat with the weigh-ins, but I was so disappointed two days ago when I weighed myself and the scale showed so little improvement. If I keep this as my new weight, it will help to keep me more motivated to continue losing and I will feel better about my progress. So why the heck not?

Wow, I really thought I lost most weight than just under a pound! This is very disappointing, especially because I am trying to lose three pounds per week. I was under calories every day, the majority of days over 500 calories under. I went to the gym five days this week. I don't know what is happening, but I hope that my body steps it up and loses a lot quicker in the upcoming three weeks! I guess I could be happy if I was in the lower 170's, I haven't been there for a long time.

I started out the week strong and by the end of the week (aka weekend...) I became weak. I need to know the killer foods, which for me right now are alcoholic products. At least I made it down in the 170's! (Barely!) Whew this week I am going to have to be more hardcore to keep that number going down. Within two weeks I want to be below 175. I decided that I if I can get down another 10 pounds in 26 days then I will be happy enough when I leave for Europe. Who knows? Maybe I will continue to lose weight while over there because I will be on a food budget. We shall see, this means that I need to lose 3 pounds per week still, which is lofty. But maybe if I try a lower carb/higher protein and raw foods diet, it will come off. I need to think about this some more.

I haven't been following my routine very well lately because of school stress and other factors, but now I'm getting back on track. For the next month, I'm going to kick it up a notch and try to lose as much as possible. I will be going away for a month to Europe and I really want to look good. My new goal is to lose 12 pounds this month. I know it is a lofty goal, but I'm determined to do my best. If I can do this, I will be down to 169.2 and will feel a lot better about myself. Of course, I need to lose 3 pounds each week, so here goes nothing!
Waist: 37 ----------now 35
Bust: 42 with bra---now 41
Hips: 45 -----------now 41
Thigh: 26.5 --------now 25.5
Butt: 45 -----------now 44
Arm: 12.5 ----------still 12.5
Well now I can see where all the weight is dropping off. I have lost 9 inches so far, and four of them are on my hips. The hip measurement is actually around the widest part of my abdomen, just below my navel where most people carry a little extra weight. It's exciting to see that change, I have been taking random measurements and the first area to see a change was my waist (at the smallest point.) It took a while for it to begin to show in the hip area. I put on a pair of shorts that I tried on a month ago that were snug and now they fit perfectly. What a good feeling. This is giving me more motivation to really get into it hardcore this month. Then when I get back from my vacations I can restart my usual routine and lose the 1-2 pounds per week. I'm glad I took more official measurements because I feel so motivated now!
