Ok ...
After weighing in this morning I decided to stop losing anymore weight and going into maintenance. I am done losing more weight!!
Now this is the difficult part .. 20 years back I was only able to maintain my weight for 5 years!!
I am planning the following to maintain:
1. Already going to gym twice per week for the last month
2. Lifting my calories systematically to eventually stabilise on 2300 per day ..
3. Continue doing intermittent fasting .. IF is not just about losing weight. There are imense health bsnefits in adopting it as a part of your lifestyle.
4. Still watch what I eat
5. Continue with a healthy eating plan / habit
Anyone any ideas?

I feel so energised and motivated this morning!!!
I am still in my daily 18:6 fast ending 14h00!
can't wait to go to the gym this morning!!
Can't wait to start my 36 hour fast at 20h00 tonight!
I am like a duracell bunny this morning!! 😳
