So the notch on the stress-o-meter has been turned up by about 10!
Consequently my eating habits aren't good at the moment. I'm basically not eating much of anything because my stomach is so upset with anxiety.
Well, if nothing else, the side effect is that my blood sugar management is easier and the numbers are better.

Despite (or maybe because of) all the stress and crap raining down around me I lost some weight.
The last time I managed to hit 190 was in 2019...
Unfortunately, my blood sugar has not been good and I am trying to manage it with eh, moderate success. I heard a friend's brother got his down and managed to get off meds which is what I would like to aim for.
