I have hit my top weight ever! I'm back on program, and starting a steady exercise routine. Hope to be making progress by remaining committed!!!! I have not been leading a healthy lifestyle for quite a few months-told myself it was OK with me. LIAR LIAR
So I have made a February resolution. I know I can do this! I must do this for both my physical and mental well-being. I hardly recognize the person I have become, the "do not care what I eat or what I don't do person.

Still gaining-still not dieting-still on a see food diet! Best I go to reform school (anybody old enough to know that school?)!!!! I have given up dieting (but I do have my moments when I "think" about losing weight-Now rying by counting calories and trying to get back into it! -Have not been doing south beach (obviously)! At least now I am counting, and not just ignoring when I am eating...
