It has been ridiculously hard for me, I'm not going to lie. Luckily I ate super healthy from 1 November and did a wee bit of exercise (VERY little). But you know what? I have lost 6 kg in 6 days while drinking around 3L of liquid per day. Went for my first 2.5 km walk this morning, and just did 10 mins of stationery cycling... baby steps. I still feel hungry a lot... What's up with that? Hahaha! But I'm pressing on - this is my challenge for me, the ultimate test of self-control and breaking food addiction. I'll go straight into eating 2 meals in 6 hours per day from here (18/6).
I have now lost 11.1 kg and a whopping 43.5 cm since 1 November. Soooo stoked and motivated! 😁

Fast Day 5. Taking 3 X Keto Life BHB Keto salts, 1 Entiro Probiotic and 1 Vita Aid Apple cider and Green tea capsule in the morning. Repeat in the afternoon (except for probiotic). Drinking around 3 liters of water per day, 1 liter containing 1 teaspoon of pink salt, 1 with 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda and 1 containing a teaspoon of raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar with mother enzyme.
Feeling good, although I feel hungry when making food for hubby.The great news is that my ketone urine strips show ketones are high, and my tummy is literally melting away.

Day 3 of a water fast, having 1 cup of green tea, one cup of black coffee and 1 cup of rooibos tea per day as well. No sweetener or milk added. I decided to go the radical route with this Covid, let my body heal itself.
I am feeling good, the first 2 days were hectic! Covid symptoms definitely better as well, only lungs still congested but I'm taking it very slow and resting 90% of the time. I believe the worst is over. 🙌🏻😁

I have eaten one very healthy meal and one very healthy smoothie per day for the past week while being ill, even while I had almost no appetite. Eating slot between 12 pm and 8pm, fasting 16 hours a day.
I can only imagine the cortisone / meds are making me gain weight. Not worried about it at all though, focused on getting my health back and getting this terrible Covid under foot. No exercise done as I am struggling with my lungs and get very fatigued with even the most minimal movement.
