Nearly out of the 170's finally! I think it was because I was eating usually 1800 calories eating too much watermelon. I haven't had watermelon for a week and a half and with the heat we're getting I'm just not interested in eating as much. So I've dropped 3 pounds in the last week. Woohoo! I was getting a little worried there for a while, but I'm quite pleased with the way everything is progressing again. Loving life and feeling great

Having a hell of a time getting my calorie intake under 1800, 1200 is just not possible. This is really starting to frustrate me. I feel like I've already plateaued and I've just begun. I've got to look back at my food journal from before to see what I need to do differently. I've commited to the 90 day challenge, so there's no way I'm giving up, no matter how discouraged I get.
On a side note, class was amazing today, definitely worked up quite the nice sweat, maybe a little too much. I have dubbed the equestrian trail connecting Ginter's to UNBC 'Ginter's Grind'. I did this again today and ran down University hill, felt aces. Got to see 2 deer and a fox on the way down, way cool!
Also, if MY measurments are correct, I think I might have lost 1/2" off my waist and belly, if I did, then that definitely makes up for my shitastic weight loss :)
