Good Morning Dear Diary,
I'm so excited!!! The INTERMITTENT FASTING that I started doing
again is working extremely well. In a matter of 3 weeks my weight
has gone from 179.9 lbs. to 169.8 I couldn't be happier. Also that
includes my Low Carb eating.
It's a COLD Morning here in The State of Washington, our over night
LOW temp was 26 degrees.
Time to get my Morning started and start with my Morning Mocha.

Good Morning Dear Diary. Well here I am again. My weight
soring up 27 lbs since I started my weight loss journey
more than a year ago. At least I didn't gain all the weight
back. I'm starting the Low Carb plan this Morning. Time for
my Morning Mocha. Until Next Week, Dear Diary. As always

Good Morning Dear Diary,
WELL WELL WELL . Isn't it AMAZING how just 1 week of being good
and doing my INTERMITTENT FASTING can get me back in control So
very happy. Last week I had zoomed up to 161.0 lbs, NOW after
1 week, I'm weighing in at 157.0 oh yeah!!!!I'll stay with Atkins
Induction and the Intermittent Fasting for awhile. Also I need to
make sure I'm drinking MORE Water. Well, time to get my day started
with my Morning Mocha. Until Next Week Dear Diary. I'M THINKING THIN.

Good Morning Dear Diary,
Well I'm back to Induction on my Atkins Low Carb. After 10 weeks of Car Shows and NOT paying attention to what I've been eating I'm up in my weight by 12 lbs. Time to get a handle on the damage before I can't. Today (Sunday) I'll start with doing
my Intermittent Fasting. All get all my calories (750) in before 11:00 A.M. Then I'll just have my Green Tea, Diet Pepsi and Water until 6:30 Tomorrow Morning.
That's the plan. I'll weigh in next Sunday to see my progress. Well time for my Morning Mocha. Until next week Dear Diary. I'M THINKING THIN.....Marlene
