Down 2 lbs, which I was very surprised to see. I guess even though I had some days where I couldn't determine how the food was made, I must have made some "decent" choices plus I didn't snack this week the way I have been as this weight has crept back on. Having said this, I have a lot of work to do. Will continue to log food and must step up the excercising. Did 4 circuits of banish fat this morn. Had to cut it short for timing but will do another tmrw morn.
