Was happy to see I was down this morning. I went to a Chinese food buffet for my son's b-day dinner last night (his choice) and while I definitely ate more than normal, I didn't over do it. I stayed clear of carbs, but not entirely, as some of the food I ate was breaded. And even the veggies/chicken/shrimp I chose were doused in mystery oils/dressings, so I expected to see a gain this weigh in. Pleasant surprise. I took the last 2 days off of working out, but did level 1 of the shred this morning. I did it b/c I felt my back was toning more when I did levels 1 & 2, so thought I'd go back to it. Must say, I was sweating like a pig and shaking so much after!!! Will try to walk later, but if not, will definitely excercise tomorrow.
