I'm back! Did level 1 of the shred this morning, and didn't push myself too hard until I know that it's not going to make me sore. But I'm feeling good and looking forward to working out again. I truly feel so mushy, mostly my stomach and thighs -- yuck!
The scale actually showed 3 pounds lost this morning, but I don't trust this scale, so I'm putting 2 and hopefully that's reasonably accurate. Either way, I'm down and I'm so happy. I have to get out walking in addition to the shred. I said I was going to do it at the beginning of this week, but that didn't happen (shame on me -no excuse!). But I have joined the hell week challenge, so I will definitely be doing LOTS of walking then.
