Well this week was rough. I had a terrible cold and really bad sinus headaches every day. Needless to say, I didn't go to the gym once. I did, however, record my food faithfully so I will give myself credit for that. I also managed to lose some more weight, which is better than last week. I did realize the reason the scale didn't show any weight loss last week was because it was that time of the month. Either way, for the past two weeks I've managed to lose almost three pounds so it's really not that bad, although I wish I had done better. I got back to the gym today and had a really good workout to get right back on track. I'm glad that I can fall and manage to pick myself back up. This diet is about balance and overall health, this way I am not doing so much as to get overwhelmed and quit. I am feeling pretty good that I have lost just about 10 pounds so far. Hopefully next week I will be celebrating officially losing over 10 pounds.
