I went away on vacation last week and it really threw me off my diet. I actually had every intention of recording my food while away but that quickly ended after the first day. Somehow though since getting back I have managed to lose a little over two pounds, so at least it is something. I know I am now back on track, I just need to get back to the gym. I have finals at school this week and a week long internship next week, but I will find the time to get to the gym. My body needs it and even wants it at this point. I can feel that my joints are tighter and need to be stretched. It's time to really get back into it and lose some serious weight, my big trip is coming up fast!
