I'm up 2 lbs, but not that bothered by it. First of all, it's my own fault -- I didn't stick to my pts very well, especially on the weekend. Had all kinds of "superbowl" food here and took full advantage of it! Secondly, even with the weight gain, my body feels like it's changing (for the better), so I'm doing my best to be patient like I did last year when I started this. I haven't added food entries this week, but I may try to update the days as best I can. I also forgot to add a journal entry on Tues (feb. 9) to say that I did the banish fat dvd (40 mins cardio - was dying!!!). I am going to try to commit to doing that dvd every Tues and Thurs at least. I would also like to do the shred 3 or 4 days a week. This my goal starting today. (although I may take a day or 2 off on weekends -- trying for just one)
