Wow two pounds lost! I will be happy if I get two pounds every other week like I have been so far. It feels so good to be back into the 170's. I can almost feel the 160's now. Once I get to that point I will be happy for the wedding, so if I lose at least another 10 pounds I will be happy enough for the wedding. Then the dieting doesn't stop there, I still want to look good this summer. I am very motivated to continue this pattern. I will start switching up my workout routine, drink more water and consume less sodium. I'm very happy that my efforts paid off this week.
