I am a Wellness Coordinator and taught a "YOU" course at work to approx. 30 people. The diet was particularly successful for the men, that is, right up until the holidays did their damage. I diet along with everyone because I need it, and need to set a good example for others. I find this diet provides a path for slow but sure weight loss provided you stick with it and do the required amount of exercise (and I love the workout DVD). Chocolate is my undoing. I try to keep a mental picture from the YOU book in my head - the one that shows the omentum as a skirt of fat around your belly. THAT keeps me motivated!
