No difference in weight. But got to the gym again last night. Today is a hungry day. And it is more difficult because I know I won't be going to the gym tonight so no exercise calories to eat into if I feel hunger pangs.
I can do this. I can and I will and I will feel better for it.

Granted yesterday I guessed at my weight I knew what it was on sunday morning--337.5--I knew I had eaten a lot on sunday--hello sweet martha's cookies at the mn state fair!--and I knew i had a lot of water weight in me because we drank a ton of water and i wasnt doing a lot of peeing to get it out--maybe i started higher--who knows either way--yesterday i did really good. I ate a little more than i would have liked in the evening--my bf packed me a big lunch for after the gym and i was thinking it was just going to be cheese and yogurt it turned out to be a turkey croissant sandwich too. and i treated myself to a vanilla cone on the way home from the gym--but i did elliptial for over an hour! and got a really good sweat and my tummy muscles felt nice and tense after that is always a good sign. tonight gym again! hopefully i can repeat.
