Beginning again. Today for real though as long as I can walk without wanting to cry (plantar facitis is being really mean to me) I am joining the gym near my bf's old place. So when he is with his son for a couple hours a few days a week--I will be with the gym. :D Also foo--> It should be easier with the heat tends to make me just want to drink things instead of eat.

So things have been pretty stressful in my world as of late. My bf finally moved in! But it is really distressing at times because I have to tell him what to do because he doesn’t know where things are and he will make more work for me by improvising instead of simply asking and it is driving me up the wall. Plus he loves to cook and I am not much of a cook. I bake but that is not an everyday thing. So he cooks and I will do the dishes because otherwise I feel like an ass and I am always doing dishes now. And he cooks at night when I would love him to spened what few hours we have together with me doing intimate things. I feel like my tv and kitchen get more time with him now than I do. I am so close to canceling cable.
I do not get it. I have been waiting 7 years for him to get his act together and move in and now I do not really like it that much because it is more work than pleasure. Which doesn’t really make sense but.. it is what it is. My health has been put by the wayside all year really. I made the stupid decision to move away from the city I have lived in the majority of my adult life for a city right next door. Who knew I was so attached? Not me. But I have been pretty miserable there. The gym is different and dirtier than I am used to. It is a little over a mile away where as my old one was a block and a half over. And it is just not as nice. So I tried another gym that didn’t fit right either. The plan now is to go to this gym that is even further away a few times a week when my bf is visiting his son. We will see. I could also look into my school gym since I am planning on beginning a class in the fall.
I have a short term goal—it is hefty but the last time I gave it a moderate try I was able to so I can this time too. 15.4 lbs loss in 4 weeks. I have a hair appointment in 4 weeks and it is part of this image of mine that I have not to great of a scope of and I would love to feel better about how I look. AND FEEL.
