Well, that's not all the unexpected. Ate really poorly this weekend, and yesterday's Super Bowl snacks weren't exactly healthy.
Oh well, I'll get back on track.
Really "brought it" this morning with P90x. Felt bad after kinda half-assing Kenpo X on Saturday. Did about 90% of Ab Ripper X this morning. Fell short on the roll up v-ups and the cross legged ones but managed all the reps on the other exercises. Was going to try to do more than 40 Mason Twists but absolutely collapsed on the 40th rep.

I am absolutely wasted today. So beat.
Slept like crap last night, pushed myself through Legs & Back on P90X. Ab Ripper X was absolutely brutal this morning, but I kept with it. Once again successful on all 40 Mason Twists. Hopefully I can do the 10 bonus reps in 2-3 weeks.
Other than that, just looking forward to the weekend and a chance to sleep in. I've got to get my sleep schedule all straightened out, my body is wigging out on me.

Gave up on the new scales, they just don't give a very good, accurate, or consistent reading. Both of the new scales were fluctuating wildly between 183.5 and 188.0. Old scale registers the same weight 9/10 times. One of the new scales, while telling me I was at 19.8% BF yesterday, now says 24.8% today. Screw that.
Anyway, did Yoga X. I absolutely hate Yoga X. It's way too long and way too repetitive. It's the only P90X workout I absolutely dread doing. They need to release a better version or something.

Up just a little this morning, doesn't bother me too much, probably just from all the water I drank yesterday. The fact I ate something right before bed probably didn't help much either.
I'm not so concerned with the weight loss as I am with fat loss, so as long as my body fat percentage goes down each week, I'm happy.
Really pushed myself on P90X today but I was completely wasted by the time Ab Ripper X came around. On the plus side, I did all 40 Mason Twists again, which I'm stoked about. Sadly, I really crapped out on the Fifer Scissors and the Roll Ups but I'll get better.
I shoveled so much snow yesterday and today I feel it took away from what I was able to accomplish on my workouts today. Oh well, still got a good workout from the combination of both.

Plyometrics kicked my butt this morning. I "brought it" harder than I did last week, I was able to even do the bonus rounds, but man, I can barely get up and down the stairs now. It's never felt so good to sit down.
Other than that, nothing real exciting.
19.9% Body Fat
New scale was close to the old one, said 21.1% BF in Athlete mode, but said 25.6% in normal mode. Going to stick with the Homedics downstairs and just put the new scale upstairs.
