well after 12 days averaging 1600 kcal i finally managed a scales loss. my near fast yesterday of 1000 kcal and an early morning weigh in also helped.

ratatui and a beansprout 2 egg omlette. just 400 kcal. and with protein shake and dark chocolate 1000 kcal for the whole day. i also did dogwalk and circuits training so expect some reward on scales tommorrow.

today i am slow cooking 5% fat beef chunks with as many veg as i can find. i thought my 1.5 hour swim this morning would guarantee a weght loss but no. however my body fat dropped 3% to 15.7% and muscle up to 38% woo hoo.

2 fish boil in bag pouches. added carrots, brussells sprouts feta cheese and grated beetroot for a big messy 700 kcal feast after 3 hours gym. swimming 1 pool length flat out is my 20 second HIIT session. 4 minutes rest then one more 20 second burst.

an hour dogwalk and only 1400 kcal consumed. i have switched to water from skimmed milk for my protein shakes and passed on the olive oil on my salad ( now just apple cider vinegar) so have managed to shave off a few hundred kcal from my normal day
