Had another perfect day as part of my "Perfect Week Challenge". No cheating with sweets or liquid calories and I was also able to get my cardio and situps in yesterday for my daily exercise. I also Drank lots of water. For the first time in a while I was absolutely exhausted by 10pm and slept like a baby last night until 5am. I can't remember the last time I did that!
This morning I got in my 50 min on the Elliptical machine and 300 situps. Walked the dog and had a good breakfast before starting my Shoulder, Tri & Bi weights workout for 40 minutes. 3 Mornings down with exercise and 3 more to go. Now I just need to make sure I follow thru with eating right and drinking lots of water again. I have a slight challenge today in that I'm meeting a friend for lunch at Chick-fil-A but they have some good options. I just need to make sure that I stay away from the fries ... No Fries!!!

My 1st day (Monday) was absolutely fantastic. No cheats and ate exactly what I planned out and had a great workout and cardio to boot! If there was ever a perfect "Day" it was yesterday. No Beer or Liquor and no sweets at all and I had it all around me too including Krispy Kreme donuts, Ice Cream, Red Velvet Cake and Cookies!
Today has started out good with my first 5K run which I completed in under 30 minutes which was great. I think I may have been about tenth or two off my 3 mile route since I was able to map out a perfect 5K route from my mailbox start to finish. I still need to do a better job in finding the right pace from start to finish to get my best possible time. One thing is for sure is that running gets my BPM up in a hurry compared to doing the Elliptical indoors. I was hitting 160+ within 5 minutes and 170+ around 15 min mark. All in all it was a great run and I'm looking forward to my next run later this week. I haven't ran twice in 1 week in forever (maybe 20 years)!
My goal in doing this Perfect Week Challenge is to make a new low (less than 204.8) by my birthday which is next Tuesday the 28th. I believe in just cutting out my beer intake and sweets I will be able to make that goal!

Another Football weekend eating pretty much whatever I wanted.
I'm looking forward to the Perfect Week with 6 days (M-Sat) of Exercise consisting of Cardio and Weight Workouts. I plan to drink only Water (lots of it too) for the entire week thus no Beer or Liquor.
Started off on the right foot this morning with a good 50min on the Elliptical + 300 situps. I also got in good 45 minutes of doing Chest & Back workout consisting of Pushups, Weights and Resistance Bands. I plan to get running in twice this week too!

Had a great week and got in my 4 days of cardio and 2 workouts with weights. Made good progress and looking forward to the Perfect Week!
