Ran 5K in 26:04 a new personal best. I also got in some Chest & Back workout with weights and resistant bands too.
Looking forward to a better week exercising and eating to get me back near my goal of 205!

Personal Best: 4-mile Run in 34:51
Ate lots of Garlic Butter Shrimp and those Garlic cheese biscuits at Red Lobster last night which didn't help me on the scale. Atleast I got a very good run in this morning. Still haven't gotten any weight training in this week which is a big letdown. Hopefully I can get started this weekend!

First, GO PHILLIES!!!
I've gotten lazy of late with exercise and keeping track of my food on a daily basis. I've been eating cookies and ice cream for the past couple of days after dinner which I haven't done in quite a while. I need to get back on track especially if I want to get below my goal of 205!
This morning was a good start in that I finally got out early and ran 5K in 26:43 which is a personal best for me. Now I need to make sure I eat right and continue to mix in some weight training along with my running (2-3 times a week).
My kegerator went empty so I plan not to refill it until I've gotten below 205 so I've got some motivation!

Got in a good workout with weights for Shoulders, Tri & Bi! Tried taking Whey protein pre & post workout as advised and will see how this works out for the rest of the month. Looking forward to a good couple of days before leaving for a weekend of football.
Well my Kegerator went dry so I think I'm gonna not refill it until I hit and maintain for atleast a week below my goal of 205. Hopefully that will motivate me to push a little more to get these last few pounds off of me.
BTW, how about those Phillies and Roy Halladay last night.
WOW ... only the 2nd No-Hitter in Playoff History!
