A New Low of 203!!!
What a Great overall week with exercising Cardio 3x (2-runs & 1-treadmill) and workout with weights 2x. Really stuck to my diet almost all 7 days around 2K Calories (+/- 100) and did my protein drinks whey morning and casein at night. Hopefully, I can see myself below 200 by Thanksgiving!

Ran 5K in 25:51 this morning which is another personal best. Got in about 40 minutes of Chest, Shoulder and Tricep workout. Just trying to do a minimum of 2 workouts a week with running 2-3 times a week too.

Ran 6-miles @ 54:16!
It's been a great week so far! I've made great progress with my running and weight this past week. I'm once again right up against my goal of 205. Time to stop messing around and push through this goal and on to the next!

Been a good week so far with being able to get 2 days of running in and 2 workouts with weights too. Also did well with eating and trying to make sure I take in my daily Protein requirement. Now I just need to make sure I carry through the weekend which always happens to be my thorn in the side.

Ran 4-miles @ 34:16 this morning. Also got in some weight workout for Shoulders, Biceps and Tris. Hopefully, a good eating day will set me up for a successful weight-in on Saturday Morning.
