I've had a good day for my birthday so far and I started out with my first 4-mile Run in 36:28. Never thought I would be running 4-miles earlier this year so I'm feeling pretty good about myself these days.
Eating wise I'm trying not to go overboard which will be a little challenge but it is a weekday so I have that going for myself. My son has a ballgame tonight if the weather permits so we got that planned tonight.

Well my Perfect Week Challenge wasn't quite so perfect in the end. I did great for 5 days (M-F) but wasn't able to follow through during a busy weekend. I only have myself to blame eventhough my plan consisted of 6 exercise days which is alot more than normal but I still expected myself to hit it as planned. It was a great experience and I hope to be able to hold on to a few things I learned last week too.
I'm looking forward to continued work on my body and obtaining my near term goal of 205 and onto 199 before Thanksgiving!

Finished off another great day yesterday but I don't think I ate enough food at Dinner (6" Ultimate Sub with with everything except mayo). Unfortunately, I didn't realize it until I plugged in my numbers late last night after my son's ballgame and I didn't want to eat at 10pm. I did eat a pretty good breakfast this morning though which should set me up good for today.
I did get a good solid 50min on the Elliptical machine early this morning along with my 300 situps. We have baseball practice this evening so that will be a little more activity for me today which is always a plus. I've dropped almost 5lbs from my Monday morning weighin which I'm sure is based on my exercising and no cheating of sweats and beer as well as keeping my calorie count around 1500 area. Still drinking lots of water which continues to flush me out too.
I'm still trying to determine if I'm going to run tomorrow morning or not since this week was the first time I've run twice in a week in forever let alone 3 times. I can definitely tell my legs are feeling like rubber but I'll have a good rest day come Sunday.
4 perfect days down and 2 more to go to finish strong and meet my goals!

Had a great finish to my day yesterday for my 3rd Perfect Day with no cheats.
Got up this morning and did another 5K run @28:38 which was about a minute better than my run on Tuesday. Knocked out my 300 situps and had a good breakfast. Looking forward to another good day of drinking lots of water and a good healthy lunch and dinner before my son's baseball game tonight.
I must have been throwing down the beers and sweats over the past month (since I've pretty much stayed between 206-209) because the weight is really coming off this week so far!
