Fairly decent weekend eventhough I didn't get any workouts in. I did get a couple of days of good physical labor out in the yard though. I'm really focusing on having a great week with Running (everyday) and weight training (2-3 days) this week.
We are going for a long weekend (4-days) out to Daytona Beach with the family. I love running on the beach early in the morning!
Should be a great week!

Been a good 2-3 days of working out and running. Really trying to push through and get back on track with exercising 4-5 days a week again and really working at developing more muscle. Easier said then done for sure but if I just stay after it with max effort and attitude results will follow!

Got in a Chest/Back workout this morning along with about 18 minutes of interval walk/run on the treadmill. Felt good to complete a full workout with cardio and I can feel it bigtime right now with decreased energy level. I packed quite a bit of food today but it might not be enough fiber/protein. I'm looking forward to being able to continue a similiar routine every other day and hopefully make the right adjustments for my food.

Got in another workout this morning working on Biceps & Back. Also, got in some Ab work as well. Enjoyed Cinco de Mayo a little to much last night! Planning to have a good weekend exercising and eating and start something new next week to change things up a little.

Got in a short 30min cardio workout on the Elliptical with 23min steady and 7min of interval work to finish. Did some Ab work to finish up for a good 45 minute workout this morning. Hoping to keep this up for the next couple of weeks.
