Still feeling a little queasy, so I made some congee with miso soup and vegetable stock, with air fried chicken breast, green onions, carrots, ginger, and spinach. I’m not really caring about the calories at this moment, just trying to nourish and be well.

Felt sick this morning, awful migraine and nausea. By the time I was able to get out of bed, it was already afternoon,
so I decided to treat myself with protein waffles and a protein shake. Calories are guesstimated, but I tried to err on the bigger side.

I fell down the stairs at work 9 days ago, and ended up spraining my ankle. It’s driving me nuts having to solely rely on nutrition to lose weight, and not be able to do my go-to workouts of walking and jogging. Trying to RICE as much as possible, but I’m still feeling stinging pain when I’m walking, or when resting after walking too much.
In my head, I know I need to be gentle and patient, but in reality I’m like “F this let’s gooooooo” hahaha.
