Here's tonight's dinner. Chopped eggplant and zucchini with chicken breast sauteed in a roasted garlic tomato sauce topped with shredded mozzarella. Served with half a side of toasted pine nut couscous. One word: yummers. Just had to share!

Wow, I forgot this feeling! I forgot this feeling of waking up energized. This feeling of accomplishment. This optimism that all is well and all CAN and WILL be done. :-) Have a fabulous day buddies!

Thanks to Naiomy and Janisha for your support. Your words helped me get it together today. :) I worked out tonight and am now eating a great low-cal dinner. I can do this...we all can do this. :-)

I'm glad I joined this Back on Track challenge. I was shocked to see my weigh-in, but I'm glad the challenge is making me do it. It's about accountability for me and facing the truth. I need this...to get bet back on track.

I've been sick as of late. Ridiculous sore throat and a cough that won't quit. It's bothering me to no end. So, needlesstosay, this entry will be short. I'm still able to drag myself to work, because in my opinion, things could be a lot worse. I only have 5 sick days a year, so no need wasting it on an illness that's just bothersome more than painful. Anyway, I got great news that my cousin in NJ is getting married in Sept. I haven't been up that way in FOREVER, so I'm looking forward to that trip. Also my little brother is graduating college in December, so that's another trip to LA. I say this because I love the trips, I just hate planning it. It's such a chore to get the right price, because I REFUSE to be HAD! :-p
Anyway, let me get back to my hot tea and work....try to get this day over with.
