Morning everyone .. well a strange week , I’ve logged all my food , hoped for better I guess .. but I’m still doing new weight program but cut my cardio down mainly cos gym instructor advised me if I wanted to gain muscle ..best way .. I’ve also noticed from me wanting to tone up I’m having a bigger breakfast (400-500 cals ) and my 2x protein shakes (406 cals ) = close to 1000 cals .. I recon this alone could of slowed my weight loss journey , but I’m going in the right direction and I’m making better choices than I use too .. hope your all having a good weekend x

Morning everyone,
well I’m at a loss this week weight is slowly going back on ( sure it can’t be muscle ) I’ve started adding my daily food which I struggle sometimes- so my figures are there .. would love your views to help me .. only thing I’ve not entered is my gym days ( weights & 20 mins on cross trainer and with my job I do around 21,000-23,000 steps x5 days ..
trying not to beat myself up - but hard when weight been going up for last few weeks ..
1.. so back on USN -GF1 x2 a day (2scoops)
2.. drinking water more -2litres at mo
3.. changed my weight program ( ( thurs )
4... cardio around 20-25 mins I aim for now
5 .. I’m hitting my protein target (166g)
6.. unsure on my carbs & fat figures tho (high-low)🤔

Morning everyone, well 1kg gained this week .. not sure why .. things I’ve done this week which could of not helped ..
1 .. no USN - GF1 left .. so used impact diet whey x2 a day ?
2... drinking around 2 litres a day of water ..
3.. advice from gym to cut my cardio down to gain muscle .. so instead of 35 mins a day now doing 25 mins ...
4... food not really changed
So I’m hoping I’m toning up / but 1kg ? Find it hard it’s all muscle tho ... I’m trying to stay positive just don’t want the scales to go up massively.. have your all having a good weekend x

Morning everyone, happy with the small loss after a stressful week -arrrrrrr- could quite easy of given in to temptation ... anyway got to stay positive and focused .. 🤔
1... still having 2xprotein shakes a day
2... water intake up to 1.5 litres , but know I’ve got to increase that .. 😅

Morning everyone- a small drop but happy 😃 seeing I’ve increased my calories and loads more protein than normal ? Finding it hard to understand the whole thing .. hoping to see the toning and muscle definition soon I hope 🤞.. me being impatient but know small steps ..
1.. a week of 2x protein shakes a day
2.. keep looking for protein rich foods ?
3.. still need to increase my water intake as at mo it’s just over a litre ..
