Morning everyone, well I’m keeping to the plan - but 4 litres of water a day is hard ? Belly feels like a large water butt ? 🤔and Christ with all the chicken I’m eating and sweet potato- scared I might start clucking 😀..have a great weekend everyone.. xx

Morning everyone
Slight increase, but still working hard at gym - PT doesn’t seem over concerned..
things doing different
1 .. more meal structure ( 6 meals a day )
2.. around 3-4 litres of water
3.. started taking BCAAS
4.. 3 weeks on taking creatine ( from applied nutrition) not sure what to expect or if a good one.. anyone with any advice on the subject..

Morning everyone, well this a head spinner .. my PT has done a meal planner ( 6 meals a day ) to help with building muscle - when I’m only use to 3 at a push .. gives me structure he says .. so a lot to take in so I’m hoping in time it will all make sense at present tho eating a lot more so I’m going to gain ..

Hi everyone, well my PT wants me to weigh in every Saturday/ so I guess I might as well update this app too .. it’s a drop , but I guess I was wanting a little more will the effort I’ve put in .. but I should be grateful I guess .. 😀enjoy the weekend everyone xx

Hi everyone
I’m happy only small gain ? Had my first 2 PT sessions this week .. Christ .. defo worked my muscles .. wondered afterwards what have I been doing over last 6 months .. my body have changed and got stronger- like PT said where moving to the next level .. 😅
It’s going to be hard work and I guess expensive but once I get somewhere I’m happy with I can train my self ... that’s the plan ?
