Ran 4-miles in 33:39 for a personal best this morning.
Also got in my situps this morning. Looking for another good solid week to build on the last 2. Would love to see 199 before Thanksgiving in almost 2 weeks.

Did 40 minutes on the Elliptical Machine this morning with the last 10 minutes doing Intervals. Got in 3 sets of 75 situps on the situp bench too. Gonna weigh in tomorrow morning.
I've had a pretty good week thus far with exercising and eating and I'm looking forward to hopefully making a new low.

Had a great workout this morning inspite of the rain outside. I decided to run 2 miles of 1/4 mile intervals on our treadmill after a warmup mile. First time doing this since my days of running cross country in High School some 27 years ago. Essentially sprint 1/4 mile and jog 1/4 mile for 2 miles and I hope to stretch this out to another mile or two over the next month. I also got in my Situps and got a workout with weights for my Shoulders, Biceps and Triceps.
I'm looking forward to running this weekend since we are expecting a low in the 40's down here in Florida. Fall has finally arrived!

Ran 5K in 25:48 this morning.
Also worked out Chest/Back this morning for about 40-minutes too. Now I need to be able to just follow thru with another good workout on Thursday and eating well for the rest of the week. I also need to throw out all the Cupcakes and Candy from Halloween before it breaks me!
