I have had my third cup of coffee today. Now I feel energized, ready to get started on writing my novel. Some days I just feel like writing with the 20 minute workout on a spin bike which I do later in the day. Sometimes you have an idea and you just have to get it all out on Microsoft Word. I know what my novel is about, I'm just not sure how to write it out on paper. I guess the next chapter I should write a rough draft for it, and later put it on my computer. I honestly feel real good about my novel. I am receiving a lot of compliments from the towns folk, so, it's doing good for itself. I honestly can't wait to get it published

I had lost a couple of pounds. So that's what my goal is. I am going to lose about a couple pounds a week on the vegetarian diet. Last week I had cinnamon rolls and those did pack on some pounds, so, I am doing what I can to lose the weight I gained and then some. I think that now that I am on the right track, I can focus better. Although those are vegetarian, I can still gain weight eating them. I just need to cut those out and just eat blow pops like I had been doing. And that's what helping me stay on track, besides eating things like apples for a snack. I love the vegetarian lifestyle. (I love that, lifestyle.) And I am doing what I can for the animals and for myself. I guess I am going to have to save some money for clothes soon. I will need some size 22W pants soon. And I won't be weighing in as often. I'll probably weigh in in the next few months. By April I should be down a size or two. That's what I am thinking. My clothes feel so much better. Now they are driving me crazy. I'm having to pull them up over my butt a lot. Not because of my stomach, but because they are so big on me. My shirts are not so bad. They used to be skin tight on me, and now they're loose. And I like my shirts loose on me anyway. Just not my pants. Oh, well. Time will tell how much I had lost when the time comes. I just need to stay focused on the diet and doing some light cardio for the weight loss

My goal is to be around 200lbs by the end of next year. Where I hadn't been exercising, but dieting, I feel that I would meet my goal. I'm doing a lot better by not eating the wrong things and going off the diet. I'm doing really well. If I don't ever bodybuild, then I would be happy at that. I'm not trying to impress no one and I'm certainly not going to be going on dates or what not, but I hope that I can reach that sometime soon. I'm doing the right thing, and I hope others would follow too.

I gained some weight back. I'm not beating myself up. I know I'm doing good. I gotta stay focused and don't eat a lot of sweets. Although the Blow Pops are sweets but they're not as bad as cinnamon rolls or homemade rolls
