Morning everyone , really happy with the loss , doing more cardio as I find it really helps with all the stress I’m getting from my boss ..
going to be a hard week as I’m not a work next week and there will be plenty of temptations.. got to be strong .. have a good weekend everyone and want to thank everyone for all your support on this great app xx

Morning everyone, happy with small loss - esp after last sun/ mon of over eating ( guess I turned to food for comfort) .. I can never get my head around takes a good few weeks to lose 1kg or so .. but a couple of bad meals / treats and weight flys back on ? 🤔
Anyway the journey continues? Enjoy the weekend everyone xx

Hi everyone, early weigh in ..
upped my cardio this week to 4hrs
Mainly cross trainer and treadmill ( incline power walking) my feet are killing me ..
started this week doing sit-ups 😅and planks to work the core ? 😅I’m still hoping to get my waist down this month.. 🤞have a good weekend everyone x

Morning everyone, slight loss .. still keeping to PT plan .. took measurements this week -
Waist - 39 inch 😭
Saying that it was 43 back in January 2018 👍
So I’m hoping this November/December I’m going to see changes in waist and muscle definition.. that will be about 3 months under PT .. fingers crossed .. have a great weekend everyone xx

Morning everyone, a small loss 👍..still keeping to gym and food plan from PT.. he’s happy with my progress and structure at mo .. I’ve upped my cardio to 3 hrs a week so I am hoping for fat loss 👍..but with weight program to gain muscle definition?? 😀..have a great weekend everyone xx
