This is my bullet journal I've been working on. What are some good wines and beer to use in cooking? This is basically my recipe journal.

I had arms, chest and back day today. I had also added abs too. So basically my entire upper body I had done.
12 reps 3x bicep curls
12 reps 3x chest flies
15 reps 3x crunches
12 reps 3x sit ups
12 reps 3x wal push ups
These are some of the things I had done today. I hadn't a workout in for a few days and I've slacked some. I feel a lot better for getting the workouts done instead of just being lazy with my nose in a book.

Yesterday I had started drinking smoothies twice a day.
I hadn't had much of hunger pains or anything. I am on Day 2 today of that. My goal is to lose 10lbs this week. I exercise along with that.

I had leg day today. I had spent time on the squat machine doing three set of 15 reps. I'm trying to work on my weight as much as possible. Being this big is really embarrassing. And I guess that's why folks think I'm some guy when I'm not a guy. I've been using a lot of my dumbbells too in my workouts. This year just made me want to get it off as quick as I can go.
