First weigh in since forever. Took some time off work, some time off P90X, and ate lots of good food and drank lots of good beer.
Not too much damage done I suppose.
Getting back on track this week, giving Shaun T's Insanity a whirl, so far I'm not liking it. Yes it's hard, but I think I'd prefer a more weight lifting focused routine.
Going to stick it out for the rest of this week, might keep some of the exercises around for cardio days, but other than that, I think I'm done with Insanity.

Down just a little bit again. I still would like to lose a bit more fat, but that's happening, slowly but surely.
Tried Cardio Confusion from the One-on-One series last night and it was a pretty good workout, but I think Cardio Intervals is a bit more of a burner.
Other than that, things are moving along quite smoothly.

Ended up trying One-on-One with Tony Horton: Cardio Intervals this morning instead of Inverval X Plus (couldn't get the laptop to play it for some reason).
Man, what a burner. It's just move after move after move, then you repeat it. Whew, I saw pouring sweat at the end.
Back down to 176 this morning, figured that would be the case. Significant water retention from my diet over the weekend. Hopefully I can still hit 175 by the end of next week.

Up quite a bit this morning, fully expected that. Lots of water weight and still jammed full of food I'm sure.
Day 1 of my P90X/P90X+/One-on-One With Tony Horton hybrid workout. Replacing Plyometrics with Interval X Plus and Yoga X with Fountain of Youth Yoga.
Decided to reboot my routine after getting so far off track in the last four weeks of P90X. Felt like I was out of rhythm and had a hard time getting back into routine.
I think mixing it up with some shorter, but intense, workouts on my non-lifting days will help out my motivation.
Did well on Chest & Back this morning. Ab Ripper X absolutely murdered me, probably because of my lax workout ethic in the previous weeks.
I fully expect to be back down around 175 by the end of next week, if not sooner.
