Had a Great workout with weights this morning working on Shoulders, Biceps and Triceps. I haven't measured in more than 2-3 months but I finally found our measuring tape. Now I know why I haven't been losing as much weight as I had hoped to by this time period. I've added almost an inch of girth around my upper arms. I've noticed some further definition on my chest as well as my mid-section.
I did another Fat% reading: 18.8% with a BMI of 27.7

First day back from being ill for most of last week with my first cold/flu in almost a year. Felt good to get a good workout in for Chest & Back. I'm looking forward to a good healthy week of eating and exercising.

Really hit a wall doing my Plyo Cardio workout this morning. Got in my Ab work as well. I believe this marks the 3rd week in a row of getting atleast 5-6 morning workouts each week. I'll no doubt enjoy my day(s) off this weekend. I'm looking forward to my weighin tomorrow morning too.
I still haven't decided on what my menu will be for Super Bowl Sunday. Hopefully, I'll keep things somewhat modest and low calorie.

Completed another great workout this morning working on Biceps and Back as well as 35 minutes of HIIT:
10 min of short interval (15 sec Sprint - 45 sec rest)
15 min of steady cardio (Elliptical - 15 deg incline - 6 Resistance)
10 min of long interval (1 min of Jumping Jacks - 1 min Rest)
Still following my diet well and the weight is coming off but slowly which is expected. Trying to maintain and add muscle and lose fat is a very difficult and slow process.
Staying focus on 1 day at a time to reach my goal!
