Successfully had my second workout day in a row with a good cardio and Chest/Back weight training. Hopefully I can continue towards building a daily exercise routine which becomes a habit again. From what I understand it takes 3 weeks to build a daily habit.

I'm back finally ... I hope everyone had a great holiday and happy new year!
After an almost 4-week hiatus (3-week Vacation) during the holiday season and vacation from work I'm finally looking forward to getting back to the normal routine. Now I'm ready to work towards the spring/summer beach season which starts in less than 90 days!

Just finished my Company Holiday Pot Luck Luncheon and absolutely gave into the desserts! Ate all my calories that I'm allowed for the rest of the day until dinner. I'm glad I worked out today atleast.
Oh Well, I guess it is once a year!
