Got in a good workout this morning with a HIIT rotation:
10 min of short interval ( 15 sec sprint - 45 sec rest )
25 minutes of steady state cardio ( Elliptical )
10 min of long interval ( 1 min run @ 9mph - 1 min jog at 6mph )
Also, got in my Ab work with 3 sets of 60 on the AB Bench and 3 sets of 10 Vertical Knee Raises on Power Tower.
Looking forward to the rest of the week eventhough tomorrow morning will be tough since I'll need to be out of the house by 7:15.

I took Saturday and Sunday off so hopefully the next few days won't hurt to much. I did manage to finish off the kegerator, bottle of scotch and whiskey so I'm shooting to go dry for the next 5 weeks while I really work on my diet and body during this time. I'll still have a glass of wine from time to time but mainly water for the next 5 weeks. Feb 1st marks 1 year ago when I started my weight-loss journey and it is incredible to see how far I've come during that time. I only wish I wouldn't have started so late in turning things around. I guess it's better late than never!
Had a good workout this morning with Chest & Back. Looking forward to good eating and good workouts for the rest of the week.

Got in another morning of exercise with working on the legs with weights and lots of lunges. Worked in a short cardio routine before finishing up too.
Looking forward to my weigh-in tomorrow morning since I've had a pretty good week exercising and eating. Eventhough, I'm still drinking my beer every night I'm still seeing my weight come off gradually.

Another great workout this morning and for the week thus far. Eating continues to fall in line with an overall goal of being around 2500 calories and that includes drinking beer and eating sweets.
