Week has gone great so far and I've been able to continue with my workout routine with today's Bicep/Back workout and a short 10 minute HIIT. The weight is coming back off that I gained over the break which is great.
The best news is that I'm wearing a new pair of plaid shorts today ...
a SIZE 34
for the first time in nearly 20 years!

My 5th day in a row with exercise and it was a good cardio routine with 20min warmup on the Elliptical and a 5K run in 27min on the treadmill. I hope to be able to start running again outside starting tomorrow. I can tell I'm not far from my body catching back up since my BPM stayed right around the 160-170 mark for most of my run. I was able to recover to about 125 in 2 minutes afterwards too.

I got another good morning of cardio workout in with 3 miles on the Treadmill and Shoulders/Biceps/Triceps with weights too. Making good steady progress towards building my daily exercise routine and good eating habits again. I do need to finish my current Keg of Beer so I can go atleast a month of no drinking beer (Hopefully by Feb).

Another good cardio workout this morning with 15 min warmup on the Elliptical and a 2 mile run on the treadmill in 17:36. Didn't have much time this morning since I had to get out the door to take my youngest son to his schools Cross-Country practice. Looks like I'll need to start before 6am to get all my routines completed on time for Wed/Thurs.
