Ran my 4-mile route in 34:09 this morning. It was a little tough and I need to get back to running 2-3 times a week since I was a little off of my best pace last week.
Looking to stay under 2000 Calories/day for the rest of the week and keeping my Protein count above 150 near 200 if possible.

Ready to start a solid 10 days of exercise and eating right to get as close to 200 lbs before Thanksgiving.
Started today with 40 minutes on the elliptical machine and 3 sets of 100 situps on the Ab bench. I also got in a good Chest & Back (P90X) workout routine to end the morning!
I need to make sure I keep my protein count up over the next 10 days and try my best to keep out all sweets (cookies and cakes) and alcohol except for a glass of wine. Should be a good challenge for me but I believe I can do it!

Got in a good Bicep and Back (P90X) workout this morning along with 3 sets of 100 situps. My upper body no doubt feels the workout this week which is good. I hope to get in a good run tomorrow morning to finish off a good week of exercise. I just hope to follow-up with good healthy eating thru the weekend which seems to always be my downfall.

Good workout this morning working on Chest, Shoulders and Triceps. Did some Ab work too.
Eating has been good for the most part except for after dinner where I'm hitting the Cheesecake Factory Red Velvet Cheesecake each night so I need to toss it or I'll finish off the entire cake by myself. Ugghh!!
