Took the weekend off from doing any exercising as well as Monday. Got back on track this morning with a good run of 5K in 25:54. Also got in a Chest, Shoulder and Tricep workout with weights for 40 minutes. I'm looking to get in atleast 2 more good workouts (Wed & Thurs) before getting pummelled by Thanksgiving goodies that I fully intend to partake in and enjoy with my family and friends!

Another very good exercise morning with almost 4-miles of interval training on the Treadmill which included a 2-mile warmup run (in 17:20 minutes) and then did interval speed running (7@9mph & 1@10mph) for 1 minute and then fast walk (4mph) for 1 minute. Did that for about 16 minutes. Another good cardio routine that really pushed me to my limits which got my HR up near 180 towards the end of each sprint.
Also got in my 3 sets of 100 situps on the ab bench, 50 Mason Carries and 15 Oblique V-Ups for Right & Left sides. Also did 40 pushups to finish up. Tomorrow's weigh-in day and I'm hoping for a new low as long as I don't blow it eating / drinking today. Going to take the weekend off since this was my first 5-days in a row working out since my attempt at the Perfect Week.

Ran 4-miles in 34:06 this morning. Did my Ab workout 3 sets of 100 on the Ab Bench as well as 40 Mason Twist and 15 Oblique V-Ups for Left/Right side.
Had another good day with food yesterday eating right at 2K calories with no sweets. Looking for another healthy day eating thru the day as well as some good fish for dinner tonight.

Monday & Tuesday have been fantastic with sticking with the plan to eat right (2K Calories) and exercise daily with No Beer or Liquor as well as Sweets.
Continued with a Great Exercise routine this morning. Did 4-miles+ of interval training on the Treadmill which included a 2-mile warmup run (in 17-minutes) and then did interval speed running (8-10mph) for 1 minutes and then slow jog/fast walk (4-5mph) for 1 minute. Did that for about 20 minutes. Felt like one of the most difficult cardio routines I've done so far. I got my HR up around 175 during most fast runs.
I also got in my 3 sets of 100 situps as well as my weight workout for my Shoulders, biceps and triceps (P90X). I feel absolutely exhausted but I feel Great and Satisfied!
Now to just finish off the day with eating and drinking right!
